Training options and levels

The Flow Fitness Pro UB5i is an exercise bike that stands for high quality and safety, combined with endless training possibilities. The exercise bike offers as many as 24 different programs to choose from. These programs range from user programs and a manual program to heart rate controlled programs. The latter are designed based on your heart rate, which you measure via the heart rate sensors in the handles. It is also possibly possible to use a bluetooth chest strap and link it to the exercise bike.
Of course, the resistance can also be adjusted manually using the Smart Wheel or via the Quick Keys in the handles. The magnetic resistance system gives you a choice of&nbsp32 training input levels that you set in increments of 5 watts (10 - 350 watts).

User-friendly display

The UB5i Upright Bike's large display gives you a total overview of your performance. Time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate, among others, are shown. You can also see the progress of your workout on a graph. To navigate, use the advanced Smart Wheel or the Quick Keys to quickly select the desired settings.
Would you rather not have the numbers and graphs in front of you all the time? Then just place your tablet or smartphone in the tablet holder and watch a nice series. Following a route via Kinomap, Zwift or iConsole is also possible!

More with apps

Thanks to the bluetooth receiver in the console, you link your favorite training apps to the UB5i by Flow Fitness. Among others, iConsole and Kinomap work perfectly with this exercise bike. Also very handy for in the gym. This way you keep track of the performance of all your workouts on your smartphone and don't have to worry about losing your data.
The Kinomap app gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. The resistance is automatically increased when you go uphill and decreased when going downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed or use the multiplayer mode to have races with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you are in your video and what distance you still have to cover. Kinomap also easily links you to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you capture all your workouts in one overview.
To use Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.
