Appearance

Adjustment options

The saddle with horizontal and vertical adjustment options features a comfortable saddle and a convenient towel hook on the back. The front handles are also adjustable in height and have multiple grip options.

The Flow Fitness Perform B2i Exercise Bike is an all-rounder. Thanks to the wide range of training programs, you have plenty of choices during your workouts. In total there are 24 programs to choose from, including 4 user programs and several heart rate controlled programs. You can also ramp up the intensity considerably, thanks to the 12 kg flywheel and 69 different resistance levels.

The exercise bike's 69 different training levels also make it suitable for semi-professional use. Think of use in a physical therapy practice or rehabilitation center. The resistances can be set in increments of 5 watts between 10 and 350 watts. Thanks to the low starting resistance of 10 watts, the exercise bike is easy to use for everyone, even people with mobility problems.

Bluetooth Capabilities

The Perform B2i Exercise Bike features a bluetooth receiver that you can pair with a bluetooth chest strap. This allows you to accurately measure your heart rate during your workout. No chest strap? Then of course it is also possible to measure your heart rate via the contact sensors in the handles.

The Bluetooth receiver is also essential if you want to use training apps such as iConsole, Zwift or Kinomap. Pair your smartphone or tablet to the exercise bike, place it in the tablet holder and follow lifelike routes during your workout.

Display and extras

The LCD display is attached between the two handles of the exercise bike. This clear backlit display keeps you informed of your performance, such as time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. The console also features a USB port, a tablet holder and convenient Smart Wheel for navigation.

Move along with Kinomap

The Kinomap app gives you a highly realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. Resistance is automatically increased as you go uphill and decreased as you go downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed or use the multiplayer mode to have races with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you are in your video and what distance you still have to cover. Kinomap also easily links you to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you record all your workouts in one overview.

To use Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.
