And despite all the power, you will notice that the B3i is incredibly silent. So you can train at home without disturbing others.

Saddle and handlebars

The saddle of this semi-professional exercise bike is very comfortable and is adjustable both horizontally and vertically. The handlebars are also height adjustable and tiltable. The handlebars feature multi-grip handles with contact sensors for your heart rate and quick keys for quick and easy navigation.

Extras

Under the handlebars of the Perform B3i you will find a handy water bottle holder and on the console there is a tablet holder. Furthermore, the exercise bike is equipped with non-slip pedals with adjustable straps and transport wheels for easy movement.

Training fanatically and rehabilitating quietly

The Flow Fitness Perform B3i Exercise Bike is a high quality exercise bike, suitable for an incredibly wide target group. Thanks to the offer of no less than 24 programs, there is always a suitable training program for you. Among others, you can choose from 3 heart rate controlled programs, 1 wattage program and 4 user programs. The variety of resistance levels is also large. The starting resistance of 10 watts can be increased in increments of 5 watts to a maximum of 350 watts. That's 69 different resistance levels.

Thanks to the low starting resistance, the very low entry level and the high quality, the B3i of Flow Fitness is suitable for semi-professional purposes. Think of use in a physical therapy practice or rehabilitation center.

Training with apps

If you want more than the standard programs on the B3i exercise bike, choose to use training apps. The exercise bike features a bluetooth receiver, which allows you to easily pair your tablet or smartphone with workout apps to the fitness device. With apps like Kinomap and iConsole, you expand your workout options considerably. For example, follow realistic routes from the screen of your tablet or smartphone and keep track of all your training data in the apps.

The bluetooth receiver is also essential if you want to use a bluetooth chest strap. With this chest strap, you measure your heart rate even more accurately and don't have to move your hands to the contact sensors in the handlebars. A chest strap with bluetooth is available separately.

The Kinomap app gives you a highly realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. The resistance is automatically increased when you go uphill and decreased when going downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed or use the multiplayer mode to have races with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you are in your video and what distance you still have to cover. Kinomap also easily links you to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you record all your workouts in one overview.

To use Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.

Display and extras

The LCD display is attached between the two handles of the exercise bike. This clear backlit display keeps you informed of your performance, such as time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. The console also features a USB port, a tablet holder and convenient Smart Wheel for navigation.
