The Flow Fitness Perform B3s is designed for the demanding home athlete and for locations where multiple users train on the same bike, from PT studios and physiotherapy practices to boutique hotels, schools, and fire stations. Each user logs into the multimedia TFT touchscreen and customises their ride with EMS resistance at 48 levels and 16 training programmes to suit their goals. Because you can adjust the saddle height with one lever, the bike is also quickly ready for the next user.

On the Perform B3s, the touchscreen turns every training session into an experience. With Vision Run, you cycle through one of four virtual routes, with the video matching your own pace. If you fancy a series, film, or music, YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and Spotify are ready for you. Thanks to Facebook and Instagram, you can see what friends and family are sharing while cycling. What’s on your phone or tablet can be wirelessly mirrored onto the screen. The sound comes from the built-in speakers or goes to your Bluetooth headphones.

Training personally on goals, heart rate, or power

For every training goal, you’ll find a suitable programme on the Perform B3s, divided into 16 programmes. With a goal workout, you cycle towards a time, distance, or number of calories. The hill training allows you to climb and descend, and a random resistance profile keeps each session unique. In Constant Power, you maintain a steady power output as the console adjusts the resistance automatically. You can train intervals with a set schedule, a HIIT programme, or your own build-up.

For your heart rate, you can use the hand sensors in the handlebars or a Bluetooth chest strap. When training with the chest strap, the three heart rate controlled programmes automatically adjust the resistance based on your chosen heart rate zone. The fitness test according to the YMCA protocol gives an estimate of your fitness level based on your heart rate. This way, you know where you stand at the start of a training programme and can later see exactly what your training has achieved. Each user can create their own account, so progress is saved individually. You can also fully customise your own programmes, shaping the resistance profile with a finger movement on the touchscreen.

The exact intensity you’re looking for

The EMS resistance system works with an electromagnet that makes the console stronger or weaker. This changes the resistance without delay, and because nothing rubs against the flywheel, you cycle smoothly and quietly. The heavy flywheel of 10 kg maintains its momentum between two pedal strokes. With the integrated Quick keys at the end of the handlebars, you can switch levels while keeping your hands on the grips.

The LED Guide Lights change colour with the 48 levels, from blue-green at a light load to deep red at the heaviest. This way, you immediately know how hard you are training.

All training data at a glance

The touchscreen tracks your time, distance, speed, and cadence (RPM) during training. You can also read your power in watts, the resistance level, your calorie burn, and your heart rate, in addition to the resistance profile of your training.

On the performance dashboard under the tablet holder, the most important values are neatly summarised. If you’re watching a series or cycling a video route, you can still keep track of your time, distance, power, and calories.

In one motion to the correct sitting position

You can adjust the saddle height of the Perform B3s with a lever in one movement to the right position. With a bolt under the saddle, you can adjust the distance to the handlebars, and you can tilt the multi-grip handlebars to the angle that suits your posture. The low step-through makes getting on easy, and your drink is within reach in the included bottle holder.

Semi-commercial use in your organisation

The Perform B3s is suitable for semi-commercial use. With a weight capacity of up to 150 kg and a user height of up to 210 cm, the frame accommodates athletes of varying builds. Because the EMS resistance works without moving or rubbing parts, wear and tear is limited even with daily use by multiple people. Thanks to the saddle lever and individual accounts, you can quickly switch users.

The Kinomap app provides you with a highly realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. There are training videos with various difficulty levels. Kinomap can also be easily linked to your favourite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper, allowing you to record all your training in one overview.
