The Flow Fitness Oak Perform W9i water rower features a unique water resistance system and can be combined with as many as 19 training programs. In addition to water resistance, the rowing trainer also uses friction resistance. The resistance is added automatically and can be adjusted using the buttons on the handle.

Thanks to the new water resistance system that stimulates the natural rowing motion, you can row even more effectively. You determine the intensity of your workout by adjusting the resistance.

With a total of 19 training programs including three heart rate controlled programs and 12 preset programs, there is a wide choice of workouts. During your workout, the screen keeps track of the time, distance, speed, heart rate, RPM and calories burned from your training session.

Workout with apps

No need to keep track of your workout stats? The rowing trainer is equipped with a tablet holder where you can place a tablet or smartphone with ease. Turn on your favorite series or opt for a real-life workout experience and, using Bluetooth, easily connect the rowing trainer to various apps, such as EXR and Kinomap.

Heart rate controlled training

It is therefore possible to train on the Wi9 Rowing Machine with special heart rate controlled training programs. This special mode adjusts the resistance level of the rowing machine automatically, according to your heart rate.

Increase your seat height with the elevation kit

The Perform W9i can be expanded with the optional Elevation Kit. You mount this kit under the rowing machine so that it is raised by 20 cm. This makes getting on and off the machine a lot easier and makes rowing training also possible for people with mobility problems.
