Examples of fitness goals achieved with the mini bands are a more stable shoulder and an optimal lateral movement. They are also often used to activate the hips and thigh muscles or as a warm-up/cooling down. With this, you mainly train the leg, hip, thigh and shoulder muscles, where it is also possible to increase the difficulty of existing exercises with the fitness elastic bands. • Yellow (Light) is 50 x 5 x 0.04 cm and provides a resistance of 9 to 16 kg.
• Green (Medium) is 50 x 5 x 0.06 cm and provides a resistance of 16 to 18 kg.
