You can also use the bands to increase the difficulty of existing exercises such as squats or lunges. You determine the intensity yourself: the set consists of three bands, each with its own resistance level.

Dimensions and resistance levels

All mini bands are 50 cm long and 5 cm wide. The thickness and resistance vary per band:

• Red (Light) – 50 x 5 x 0.04 cm, resistance 9 to 16 kg
• Green (Medium) – 50 x 5 x 0.06 cm, resistance 16 to 18 kg
• Blue (Strong) – 50 x 5 x 0.1 cm, resistance 20 to 22.5 kg
