VirtuFit Row 1.0 Rowing Machine

The VirtuFit Row 1.0 is a simple rowing trainer that is easy to use. The rowing trainer with adjustable elastomeric resistance creates a fine rowing motion. The ergonomically shaped seat glides smoothly on a sturdy aluminum rail. The non-slip pedals with adjustable foot straps ensure a firm position of the feet. These non-slip pedals rotate with you during your movement to always give your feet the proper support to push off.

LCD Display with different workout data

On the LCD screen, you choose which element of your exercise you want to track. The Row 1.0 keeps track of time, number of rowing strokes, rowing strokes per minute, and calorie consumption. A simple button switches between the different data. Choose the scan functionality to see the data to sequentially. Power for the display comes from two AA batteries. So you don't need an electrical outlet.

Row on different resistances

This rowing trainer does not have a flywheel. The resistance comes from an adjustable elastomer. This sturdy resistance cable you pull out during your rowing stroke and shrink as you move back. As a result, you put power not only on the stroke, but also on the controlled movement back to the starting position. It is a movement with no dead moments. This is beneficial for developing your muscle strength and fitness effectively and feels very natural. The resistance is adjustable in 4 positions with the resistance knob to make your exercises lighter or heavier.

Compact & portable

The VirtuFit Row 1.0 Rowing Trainer is a very compact device. While exercising it measures 173 x 53 x 40 cm, folded it is only 95 x 40 x 101 cm. This is narrow and small enough for an apartment or other home where all available space counts. Furthermore, this rowing trainer is very silent during your workout so that others will not be noise disturbed by your rowing workout. After training you can easily move the rowing machine because of its light weight, because of the unique resistance system it weighs only 13.3 kg.
