Versatile training programs

No training has to be the same! With 24 programs and 32 resistance levels, you can choose a new challenge every time. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your fitness, or are looking for intensive interval training: with this exercise bike, you cycle purposefully towards results. The magnetic resistance reacts smoothly and whisper-quietly, allowing you to train at home undisturbed.

Training with heart rate

Keep a close eye on your performance with the built-in heart rate function. Place your hands on the sensors in the handlebars or use a Bluetooth chest strap for extra accurate measurement. Simply set your target zone to 55%, 75%, or 90% of your maximum heart rate and let the exercise bike automatically warn you as soon as you exceed it. This way, you train purposefully, responsibly, and always at a pace that suits your body and goals.

Connecting with training apps

Kinomap
You get 30 days of free access to realistic routes and training video’s with different difficulty levels. The resistance automatically adjusts to the terrain, and you can even ride against friends in multiplayer mode.

iConsole+
Receive free access to global routes via Google Maps. Create your own route or choose an existing one and let your fitness device automatically adjust the resistance to the terrain.

Zwift
Step into a virtual world and cycle together with athletes from all over the world. Ride solo, join group rides, or challenge yourself with competitions and training programs.
