The front driven design, the 8 kg flywheel, and a stride length of 43.2 cm together ensure a smooth, stable, and natural movement during every training session. The generous stride length provides a comfortable, ergonomic step that feels natural and minimally stresses your joints. The large anti-slip pedals offer optimal grip and stability, ensuring that you train safely and comfortably, from a gentle warm-up to an intense workout. 

Clear console with interactive LED lighting

With the integrated ActiveGlow lighting, your workout also becomes a visual experience. The lighting starts with a gentle white glow and gradually changes through green, yellow, and orange to intense red as you increase the resistance. This way, you can see at a glance how intensely you are training, and each workout gains an extra motivating appearance. On the bright LCD display with backlighting, you can effortlessly keep track of all your important training data, from time, speed, and distance to calories, heart rate, RPM, and watts. You can easily choose from various modes, such as manual mode, watt mode, and your own user programmes, all operated via the central dial.

With 48 electronically controlled resistance levels, you can precisely tailor each workout to your level and training goal. Whether you opt for a gentle cardio session or an intense full-body workout, you always determine the right resistance yourself. The 7 kg flywheel, in combination with the front driven design, ensures a smooth, stable, and natural movement with a comfortable, ergonomic step.

For extra variety, the FDR300i features 43 pre-programmed training programmes, including hill and interval training. Additionally, you can choose from 4 heart rate controlled programmes or 6 user programmes that you can fully customise to your own preferences. Prefer to train at a fixed power? With the watt programme, you can easily set the desired wattage, after which the crosstrainer automatically adjusts the resistance to maintain that power. This way, you are always training at the desired intensity and can focus entirely on your workout.

Heart rate measurement and recovery mode

Do you like to train based on your heart rate? Simply hold the hand sensors, or use a wireless chest strap via the built-in Bluetooth heart rate receiver. With the heart rate programmes, you automatically train at 55%, 75%, or 90% of your maximum heart rate, or set your desired heart rate zone yourself. This way, you train efficiently for fat burning, fitness improvement, or endurance. After your training session, the Recovery Test provides insight into how quickly your heart rate recovers. Additionally, the Body Fat function calculates an indication of your body fat percentage and BMI, making it easy for you to track your progress.
