Treadmills:

How often you need to lubricate the oil on your treadmill depends on the type and how intensively you use the treadmill. Lubricating your treadmill is very easy. Lift the belt slightly on one side and apply a small amount of oil to the deck below the belt. On the rowing trainer you can use the oil periodically, for example once a year or as soon as a squeaking noise occurs. The lubricating oil on rowing trainers can be applied to the rail where the wheels of the seat run.
