The RS100 is equipped with an advanced console that tracks your performance, with measurements such as scan, speed, time, distance, calories, ODO, and heart rate. The six-kilogram flywheel with dual rotation provides a smooth and realistic cycling experience, powered by a V-belt for quiet operation.

Adjustable Resistance and Ergonomic Design

Adjust the resistance with the variable magnetic levels, allowing both beginners and experienced cyclists to experience a challenging workout. Follow virtual routes on the Zwift online platform with enthusiastic speedbikers from around the world. Challenge each other and have even more fun with your speedbike together. Zwift offers you a wide choice of routes that you follow from the screen of your tablet or smartphone. You can ride alone, in a group, participate in races, and follow training programs.

Please note: Zwift does not adjust the resistance of the RS100 when going uphill or downhill. The correct version of iOS or Android is required for Zwift use. Always check if Zwift is compatible with the operating system on your device.

The Kinomap app gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-chosen routes. The resistance is automatically increased when going uphill and decreased when descending. There are training videos with different difficulty levels. Try to keep up with the target speed of the video or use multiplayer mode to hold competitions with your friends. On your screen, you can see how far you are in your video and how much distance you still have to cover. Kinomap also easily connects to your favorite training apps like Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you can track all your workouts in one overview.
