With the VirtuFit Pilates Reformer, you bring a complete pilates device into your home, allowing you to work specifically on strength, posture, and flexibility. Whether you are just starting with pilates or have been using the reformer weekly for years: you determine how intense your workout is. You can adjust the four springs and five latex bands to your preference, with a maximum resistance of 75 kg. The strength of this reformer lies in its combination of sturdiness and ease of use. The steel frame is loadable up to 150 kg and remains steady and stable during every exercise, while the sled moves effortlessly with your pace on double ball bearings. Finished with your workout? Then you can fold the device in a few movements and roll it to the side of the room.

Training at your level

Each of the four springs provides 10 kg of resistance and each latex band 7 kg, adding up to 75 kg overall. You can hook them in and out individually, allowing you to dose precisely: from light mobility exercises to intense strength training for your core and legs. This is handy if you share the device, as you and your housemate can train on the same apparatus at very different levels. The adjustable footrest can be set to the position that suits your height and exercise. You can push against it for leg exercises, but you can also pull or push from your arms.

Comfort during every movement

On the reformer, you work with controlled, conscious movements, and this requires a lying surface that supports you well. The softly padded head and shoulder supports keep your neck and shoulders in place, and the foot pads provide grip during exercises where you push or push off.

Collapsible and easily stored

When folded, the reformer is only 136 cm long and 33 cm deep, allowing you to store it upright against a wall or behind a cupboard thanks to the wheels. You fold the frame in the middle, secure the support pins on both sides, and roll the device away, without any tools and without help. Exactly what you need when your living room is also your training space.

Assembly and exercises

The reformer is delivered largely pre-assembled; with the included Allen key, you can set it up for use in fifteen clear steps. In the manual, you will find developed exercise postures for strength, flexibility, stability, and posture. These mainly serve as a starting point: on a reformer, you determine with the position of your body, the resistance, and the footrest how far you go, so the possibilities extend far beyond the examples in the booklet.
