This way, you can see at a glance how intensely you are training, giving each workout an extra motivating appearance. On the bright LCD display with backlighting, you can effortlessly keep track of all your important training data, from time, speed, and distance to calories, heart rate, RPM, and watt. You can easily choose from various modes, such as the manual mode, watt mode, and your own user programmes, all controlled via the central dial.

For extra variety, the CTR300i comes with 43 pre-programmed training programmes, including hill and interval training. Additionally, you can choose from 4 heart rate controlled programmes or 6 user programmes that you can completely customise to your preference. Prefer to train at a fixed power output? With the watt programme, you can easily set the desired wattage, after which the cross-trainer automatically adjusts the resistance to maintain this power output constant. This way, you always train at the desired intensity, allowing you to focus entirely on your workout.

With the adjustable tablet holder, you can easily place your phone or tablet at the ideal viewing height, so you can enjoy your favourite show or training app while exercising.
