The CTR150 combines a wide range of programmes with a smooth, joint-friendly movement. With 21 training programmes, you can focus on heart rate, wattage, or distance, and with the 24 magnetic resistance levels, you gradually build up your workload. The hand sensors and the measurements of your body fat and heart rate recovery show the benefits of your training. With the moving arm bars, your upper body also gets a good workout.

21 training programmes

In addition to the manual mode, you have 11 fixed resistance profiles with varying intensity. Furthermore, there are 4 heart rate programmes that allow you to train at 65%, 75%, 85%, or your pre-set heart rate target. With the watt programme, you train based on your power. In the 4 user programmes, you can create your own resistance profile and save it. If you set a time, distance, or calorie goal in advance, the console will count down that value during the workout.

Everything displayed on the screen

The display shows you time, distance, speed, wattage, cadence, calories burned, and heart rate. You measure your heart rate with the hand sensors on the handlebars; hold both sensors evenly for a reliable reading. The console also features two measurement functions: the body fat measurement calculates your fat percentage, BMI, and basal metabolism, and the recovery test determines how quickly your heart rate decreases afterwards. By periodically repeating this test, you can track your fitness progress over time.

Assembly and placement

You can assemble the cross-trainer in about half an hour, and it can be done easily without help from another person. With the included adapter, you can connect it to the power socket. If the floor isn't completely level, you can adjust it with the adjustable feet. After your workout, tilt the cross-trainer slightly forward and roll it on the transport wheels to its location.
