VirtuFit Barbell bar - 120 cm - Spring Collars - 30 mm

The VirtuFit barbell - Spring clip closure - 30 mm is in addition to strength training also suitable for crossfit or balance exercises.

Crossfit is more about endurance and you do less weight on the barbell, while strength training goes a bit heavier.

You can perform numerous exercises with a barbell such as deadlifts, squats, bench press, bicep curls etc.

This barbell is suitable for weight plates with an opening of 30 mm. It comes with spring clip closures that keep the discs in place.

The version of 120 cm has a load capacity of 150 kg (75 kg on both sides) and the 170 cm version has a load capacity of 160 kg (80 kg on both sides).

The barbells are made of solid steel with a finished chrome layer.
