The VirtuFit adjustable squat rack is compact and fully adjustable so it is compact enough to set up at home.
The squat rack is incredibly strong and completely safe to use. You can put up to 220 kg of weight on it or when you use the dip supports, it can handle a maximum user weight of 250 kg.
The squat rack is adjustable both in height and width. This way you can also perform dips by using the dip supports. It also allows you to use the squat rack as a barbell support for a bench press. Use the squat rack in combination with a barbell and weight plates to perform squats or deadlifts.
Under the holders are safety spotters and at the top are the dip supports. There are plenty of opportunities to perform various isolation exercises with the VirtuFit adjustable squat rack.
