• Sprint 1 in each: sprinting while placing one foot between the hurdles each time.
• Forward 2 feet in each: running while joining both feet between two hurdles.
• Lateral 2 feet in each: sideways movement placing both feet between the hurdles each time.
• Forward single leg hops: jumping over all hurdles on one leg.
• Lateral double leg hops: jumping sideways over the hurdles with both legs.
• Forward weave: zigzagging forward between the hurdles.
• Jump quarter turn: turning a quarter turn at each hurdle and bending your knees.
• Forward speed hops: jumping over the hurdles with both feet together.
• Lateral high knees to crossover sprint: sideways with knees raised high over the hurdles, ending with both feet in between.
