VirtuFit 12-in-1 Push Up Board including Push Up Supports

With the VirtuFit 12-in-1 Push Up Board you train your entire upper body with 1 tool, and that with your own body weight! This is because the included push-up supports are adjustable and can therefore be placed in different positions. Each position addresses one of the main muscle groups of your upper body. The colors indicate which muscle group you are addressing. The four main muscle groups are: Chest, back, triceps and shoulders. With each exercise you also train your abdominal muscles each time.

You can set the push up supports in as many as 12 different positions. This ensures effective upper body strength training and gives your muscles the perfect shape. The color codes indicate which muscle groups you are targeting:

Red = Shoulders

Blue = Chest muscles

Green = Triceps

Yellow = Back muscles

The accompanying imprint rests have a silicone non-slip coating that keeps you from slipping if you get sweaty hands. The underside of the board are also equipped with non-slip points that also keep the board from sliding on the ground during your workout. Pressure points and joint strain on the wrists and elbows are reduced as the grip of the push up board ensures that the balance is well distributed.
