How Does the Hula Hoop Work?

The hula hoop consists of a closed ring with a rail and a gravity ball. During circular movements of the hips, centrifugal force acts on the gravity ball, engaging the abdominal and core muscles. Additionally, the built-in magnets stimulate metabolism and accelerate fat burning.

Training and Magnetic 360° Massage

During the 360° movement, the massage heads in each segment alternately press against the body, creating an extra massage effect.
