Console with nine training programmes

The tiltable LCD display shows your training data live during each session, including power in watts, your pace per 500 metres, your heart rate, and the number of rowing strokes. The console offers nine training programmes, allowing you to vary the intensity through free training with a quick start, targeted training or interval training with alternating work and rest phases. For accurate heart rate monitoring, you can easily link a heart rate strap via Bluetooth, ANT+ or 5 kHz. This way, you can adjust each workout in real time based on your actual performance.

Suitable for professional use

A rowing trainer for professional use must withstand daily strain from athletes of all levels and body types. With the 10 adjustable resistance levels, you can effortlessly adapt the device to the needs of each user. The steel frame with a maximum user weight of 230 kg is built for intensive sessions, both in gyms and PT studios as well as at home by a dedicated user. The adjustable footrests ensure that everyone is positioned correctly, and you can easily read the training data from any rowing position. Combined with the air resistance system with progressive resistance, this makes the Perform Pro Air Rower an extremely reliable choice for daily use.

Self-powered and foldable

The Perform Pro Air Rower does not require a power outlet. The resistance comes from your own movement, meaning you can place the trainer wherever it suits you, without considering available power points. After training, the rail folds up into storage position and locks securely with a locking pin. The integrated transport wheels make relocation easy, which is very practical in training spaces where the layout changes frequently.

Connect with training apps

Thanks to the connection with interactive training apps, you can make every workout more fun and personalised.
