With the VirtuFit Multifunctional Weight Bench Deluxe, a complete strength training is possible.
When you think of a dumbbell bench, the first thing that comes to mind is bench pressing. So you can lay the backrest flat and the dumbbell supports a little later for a good position.
You can also bench press diagonally, for this you put the dumbbell supports a little higher and choose the desired angle of your back (incline). You can even choose a decline position. You put your hands a little closer together and you grab the inner and lower part of your chest muscles. Your triceps will also be targeted more here.
Besides bench press you can train your arms by using the dip station at the back. Also added is a preacher pad, for isolated biceps or triceps exercises.
On the back of the dumbbell is a cable added for abdominal exercises. You can make these heavier by adding additional weights to the pin.
And as icing on the cake, you can also train your legs by performing leg curls or leg extensions with the rollers you see on the front!
