VirtuFit power bands are an integral part of everyday training. They are used for strength training, stretching, pilates and functional training. Powebands can both weight and lighten exercises.
Resistance bands are attached to pins at the top or bottom of a power rack. When you attach the bands to the top of the rack and to the barbell, but your exercises such as squats, bench press and deadlifts easier. They then help you mainly in the beginning.
If you place the power bands at the bottom of the rack, you will actually be making the exercises heavier; you will be making a lock-out phase of the squats, bench press or deadlift more difficult. They will offer more and more resistance.
Of course, you can also choose to use powerbands only as a weighting tool, without any other tool. For example, you can perform squats and biceps curls with just the power bands.
