VirtuFit's hurdles improve your jumping, coordination and running ability. In addition, using hurdles improves your overall performance to move efficiently and quickly on the field, track or an ice surface. In other words, hurdles are indispensable in an athlete's programme. When you train with the adjustable hurdle, you are forced to focus on your steps and posture where you can perform the exercises forward, backward and sideways. The hurdle is easily adjustable in height. So it can be set for different types of workouts. You can improve your speed and training rhythm by performing movements common in the sport you practice. The hurdles are neon green in colour so they stand out well in the dark.
Adjustable Height of the Hurdles
The VirtuFit Adjustable Hurdles can be adjusted from 15 centimetres to 30 centimetres and have a width of 45 centimetres. You can adjust this height from one position to another in a simple twist.
