With the VirtuFit Strength Station Home Gym KH300 you train with ease from home! With this versatile home gym you can practice countless exercises and train your entire body. The high pulley with lat-bar you can use for various latt pulldown and pressdown exercises, the low pulley with straight bar you use for, among other things, raises, curls and to row. The KH300 strength station is also easy to convert into a cable station by attaching the included wrist straps. With these cables, you have almost as many options as with dumbbells. For example, train abs with the cable crunches and woodchoppers, cable rows for your back and the cable leg raises and cable hip extensions to train your buttocks and legs. The handles feature foam for a comfortable and soft grip while working out!
More possibilities with the VirtuFit KH300 home gym
In addition to the features listed above, the KH300 has many more features. This strength station has a butterfly, also called a Pec Deck, for pectoral flies. These are also adjustable to a chestpress. These exercises are ideal for training your chest muscles. The VirtuFit KH300 also has a leg developer with foam roller for empty extensions. With this exercise you train your legs and develop beautiful muscular thighs.
Power station with compact design
The compact design of the VirtuFit KH300 home gym makes it easy to use in smaller spaces. You perform the exercises on or in front of the home gym, leaving enough space at the sides to place other equipment or perform exercises.
The sturdy frame is made of powder-coated steel, is very hard-wearing and requires little to no maintenance. The total weight stack of the KH300 is 86 kg and is divided into 12 blocks of 6.8 kg and one of 4.5 kg. The firm lumbar cushions have 4 cm foam padding and provide a comfortable workout. The backrest and seat are both adjustable making the home gym comfortable to use for persons from 150 to 200 cm tall. Also, the sturdy steel cables are tested to 1000 kg load.
