The Perform B5s Exercise Bike has a large 10.1-inch touchscreen displaying all the essential information about your workout. Keep track of how long you are exercising, speed, how many calories you are burning, etc. By placing your hands on the hand sensors, or connecting a heart rate belt via bluetooth, you can measure your heart rate. Through the touchscreen you can create workout programs, set goals and see results.
Watch series while exercising
Through the touchscreen on the console you can easily navigate to the multimedia menu. In this menu you will find a wide selection of apps, such as Netflix, Youtube and Spotify. Most of them can be used while using the iConsole workout program on the exercise bike. So you can use one of several streaming services to watch the best movies and series while exercising!
Handy: shortcut keys on the handlebar
Setting the resistance is quick and easy with the quick keys on the handlebar. It is therefore not necessary to interrupt the workout to adjust the resistance.
