Exercising from your living room
With the crosstrainer, you can easily work out from home. With a wide choice of 21 programs and 16 resistance levels, there are enough training options so you don’t have to follow the same program repeatedly. The screen displays all the necessary data, including distance, speed, calories burned, and heart rate. The heart rate is measured by placing your hands on the sensors located in the handlebars. By gaining insight into your heart rate, you can train in the right heart rate zone.
Working out with the FitShow app
For even more options, connect a smartphone or tablet to the crosstrainer via Bluetooth. This way, you can use the FitShow app during your workout. Training results are saved so your progress becomes visible. You can set goals or create a training plan. FitShow also integrates with Apple Health Kit (also known as Apple Health), allowing you to easily register workouts in the Apple Health Kit app.
For using FitShow, Android devices require at least version 4.3. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.
