Comfortable training in a good posture
The saddle of the Flow Fitness Turner DHT2000i Exercise Bike has a spacious seat and is very comfortable. Depending on your height, you can easily adjust it to the right height. The saddle is also horizontally adjustable, so you can determine the right distance to the handlebars. You also adjust the height of the multi-grip handlebar. You do this using the rotary knob under the handlebars. An additional advantage of the handlebars is that they have integrated heart rate sensors and quick keys. This allows you to adjust the resistance during your workout without taking your hands off the handlebars.
Training levels and programs
The Turner DHT2000i Exercise Bike offers a wide range of training options. The exercise bike features a 10 kg flywheel which allows you to increase the resistance considerably, without the device losing stability. In total, you can choose from 16 different resistance levels.
In terms of programs, you can choose from 24 options. These include user programs, heart rate controlled programs and a wattage program. The heart rate controlled programs work, as the name suggests, based on your heart rate. You measure this using the contact sensors in the handlebars or using a bluetooth chest strap.
More training possibilities thanks to bluetooth
The Bluetooth receiver on the DHT2000i gives you even more training possibilities. Thanks to this receiver, you link the fitness device to your favorite training apps, such as iConsole and Kinomap. With these apps, you follow lifelike routes from the screen of your tablet or smartphone. You place it in the tablet holder so you have everything at eye level. You can also charge your smartphone or tablet during your workout, by the way, thanks to the USB port near the display.
User-friendly display
Not using a tablet or smartphone? Then you have a view of the user-friendly LCD display of the exercise bike. The display offers a clear view and shows the following results during your workout: time, speed, RPM distance, watts, calories and heart rate. You easily navigate to the different views, programs and resistance levels using the Smart Wheel. The screen can also be operated using the quick keys in the handlebars.
