Programs and resistances
The Glider DCT2500i has thought of everything: from an 18.5 kg flywheel and non-slip pedals to a tablet holder, water bottle holder and transport wheels. The non-slip pedals are adjustable in 3 positions, so you always have the right posture and the space stride lengths of 42 cm feel natural.
The Glider DCT2500i has a total of 24 programs to choose from. Depending on your training goal, you have the following options to choose from:
- 1 manual program
- 12 pre-programmed programs
- 4 user programs
- 3 heart rate controlled programs
- 1 target heart rate programs
- 1 wattage program
- 1 fitness measurement
- 1 BMI analysis
With the manual program you set the desired resistance yourself. The cross trainer has 16 resistance levels that you set via the convenient Smart Wheel or via the Quick Keys in the handles.
More options with iConsole, Kinomap and Zwift
To add more options to your workout, you can choose to pair the cross trainer with apps on your smartphone or tablet. iConsole, Kinomap and Zwift, among others, offer you plenty of training options. Think lifelike routes that you follow from the screen of your smartphone or tablet. The apps also keep track of all your performance in a clear overview.
The Kinomap app gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. The resistance is automatically increased when you go uphill and decreased when going downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed or use the multiplayer mode to have races with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you are in your video and what distance you still have to cover. Kinomap also easily links you to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you record all your workouts in one overview.
To use Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.

Note: Kinomap is free to use for the first 7 days, after that you can take out a paid subscription.
Backlit LCD display
The backlit LCD display shows key performance metrics such as time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate during your workout. Below this display you will find the Smart Wheel. With this dial you can easily navigate to the programs, resistances and different performance views. Furthermore, the display features a USB port, tablet holder and bluetooth receiver. The latter allows you to pair a Bluetooth chest strap with the DCT2500i. A bluetooth chest strap is not included with the crosstrainer. Would you like to measure your heart rate without a chest strap? This can be done via the contact sensors in the handles.
