No workout is the same
with the Flow Fitness Glider DCT2000i Crosstrainer. With no less than 24 programs, 16 resistance levels and convenient controls with Smart Wheel as well as Quick Keys, this crosstrainer meets the needs of virtually every home athlete. And what about the Bluetooth receiver, which allows you to connect the fitness device with your favorite training apps? The possibilities are endless.
Natural Posture
The DCT2000i comes in black and gray, which gives a cool look to the cross trainer. Handy extras, such as non-slip pedals, transport wheels and tablet holder are of course also attached to the DCT2000i.
In terms of posture, this cross trainer gives you plenty of options. You place your hands on the mutli-grip handles with integrated heart rate sensors. These handles also feature handy Quick Keys that allow you to adjust resistance, for example. The pedals are adjustable in 3 positions, so that your legs make the most natural possible movement during your workout.
Training options
The Glider DCT2000i's 24 programs make this cross trainer a fitness machine with endless possibilities. The programs are arranged as follows:
- 1 manual program
- 12 pre-programmed programs
- 4 user programs
- 3 heart rate controlled programs
- 1 target heart rate programs
- 1 wattage program
- 1 fitness measurement
- 1 BMI analysis
If you choose the manual program, you set the desired resistance yourself. This is divided into 16 levels which you set with the Quick Keys in the handles or with the Smart Wheel on the display. Because of the 18 kg rotating mass you don't have to worry that your workout is too easy, because the intensity level can be increased high.
Display
The backlit LCD display shows key performance metrics such as time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate during your workout. Below this display you will find a striking round knob, called the Smart Wheel. With this dial you can easily navigate to the programs, resistances and different performance displays. Furthermore, the computer has a USB port, tablet holder and bluetooth receiver. With the latter you have the possibility to pair a bluetooth chest strap with the DCT2000i. This provides very accurate heart rate measurement. Also, the bluetooth connection gives you the ability to use your own training apps.
More options with apps
To add more options to your workout, you can choose to pair the cross trainer with apps on your smartphone or tablet. These include iConsole and Kinomap. These allow you to follow realistic routes from your screen and keep track of all your workout data in one overview.
Move along with Kinomap
The Kinomap app gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. The resistance is automatically increased when you go uphill and decreased when you go downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed or use the multiplayer mode to have races with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you are in your video and what distance you still have to cover. Kinomap also easily links you to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you record all your workouts in one overview.
To use Kinomap
Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.
