Assembly Instructions
The VirtuFit Multifunctional Stretch Rod Pro comes with 8 metal impact anchors. Drill a hole 1.5 cm shorter than the impact anchor with a 14 mm drill bit. Then pound the impact anchor into the wall with a hammer. Repeat this for all 8 impact anchors. Then you can loosen the nuts, insert the pull-up bar and tighten the nuts again firmly.
