Programs of the TR-900i treadmill
The VirtuFit treadmill offers as many as 40 different programs for plenty of variety and challenge during your exercises. The 40 programs consist of: 36 preset programs including a fat measurement program and a heart rate program, in addition it has 3 user programs and 1 manual program. With the three user programs, you exercise based on your own preferences and personal characteristics. For the fat measurement program, it asks for gender, age, height and weight. After entering this information, the treadmill shows the fat percentage. Then place two hands on the sensors of the handlebars and wait 8 seconds after which your BMI appears on the screen.
The heart rate-controlled program helps you train at an intensity that fits well with your fitness goals. While using this program, it is important to make contact with the hand sensors or use a wireless chest strap. The heart rate program asks for your age and then the HRC goal. Once the program is started, only the speed automatically adjusts to meet the heart rate goal. The incline angle here can only be adjusted manually. With the other preset programs, the incline and speed are automatically adjusted for you when starting one of these programs. Do you prefer to train yourself? Then choose the manual program. The speeds are adjustable between 0.5 and 20 km per hour (in increments of 0.1 km/h) and the incline between 0 and 15%. You adjust these easily with the arrows on the console. In addition, you also have shortcut keys where you go to the desired speed or inclination in one go.
Kinomap
The Kinomap app gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. Resistance is automatically increased when you go uphill and decreased when going downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed or use the multiplayer mode to have races with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you are in your video and what distance you still have to cover. Kinomap also easily links you to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you record all your workouts in one overview.
To use Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.
