Training with Fitshow
Use your smartphone or tablet to download the free Fitshow app and get more out of your training. You can find Fitshow in the Apple Store, the Google Play Store, or via the QR code on the treadmill. Fitshow connects to your treadmill via Bluetooth and tracks your performance. On the Fitshow screen, you can even change the speed and incline if you wish. Fitshow also has an "outdoor" setting with GPS mode. So if the weather is nice, you can run outside and compare the result with your treadmill workout. Additionally, FitShow integrates with Apple Health Kit (also known as Apple Health). This allows you to easily record workouts in the Apple Health Kit app.
For the use of FitShow, Android devices require at least version 4.3. For iOS, a minimum version of 9.0 is required.

Training with Kinomap
The Kinomap app provides an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-chosen routes. The resistance automatically increases when you go uphill and decreases when going downhill. There are training videos with different difficulty levels. Try to keep up with the target speed of the video or use the multiplayer mode to compete with your friends. On your screen, you can see how far you are in your video and the distance you still need to cover. Kinomap also easily connects to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you can record all your workouts in one overview.
For the use of Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, a minimum version of 9.0 is required. Note: Kinomap is free to use for the first 7 days, after which you can subscribe for a paid membership.
Training with Zwift
Follow virtual routes on the online platform Zwift with enthusiastic runners from all over the world. Challenge each other and enjoy your treadmill even more together. Zwift offers you a wide choice of routes that you follow from the screen of your tablet or smartphone. You can run alone, in a group, participate in races, and apply training programs.
Note: When going uphill or downhill, Zwift does not adjust the resistance. For the use of Zwift, the appropriate version of iOS or Android is required. Always check if Zwift is compatible with your device's operating system.
