    The SKLZ Lateral Resistor Pro - Adjustable Strength Trainer is built to strengthen the body's most important muscles. With the 3 different resistance cables, it is possible to determine the intensity of the exercise yourself. Thanks to the patented Slide-Lock system, the resistance bands can be easily changed without much strength or effort. Besides convenience, this system also offers safety during an exercise, preventing the resistance bands from slipping off. The ankle straps are padded which ensures a comfortable fit before, during and after exercise.
