handles, 1 door anchor and 1 resistance cable with a light resistance (6.8 kg). The set is suitable for any athlete who wants to expand his or her workouts. With resistance cables, you mainly train
strength in your arms, but they are also suitable for leg and abdominal strength training.

can attach to almost any door for additional training options.
Another advantage of
these durable resistance cables are the flexible hanging handles that, through Slide-Lock technology,
allow you to easily change the resistance. You do this by replacing the cable with another variant
with a different strength. These cables are available separately, but also in a complete set.
Available in different variants
The set is available in 5 different strengths. The
lightest cable has a resistance of 4.5 kg and the heaviest a resistance of 13.6 kg. Each resistance
