The
SKLZ HOPZ Jump Trainer allows you to improve your vertical jump strength.
The durable resistance bands stretched between your ankles and waist add up to 18 kg of extra
weight to the jump. The extra weight improves explosive jumping power while strengthening all the
muscles that provide it. HOPZ is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their jumping power with
a minimum height of 1.65 metres and a maximum height of 1.90 metres. In addition, HOPZ has a
universal waistband making it suitable for most waist sizes. The resistance bands are attached to the
waistband and ankle straps with sturdy hooks. Shoe harnesses are attached to the two ankle straps
to ensure the resistance bands stay in the right place during exercises. The HOPZ has two sets of
resistance bands with different resistance levels, so there is an appropriate weight for everyone. The
durable resistance bands have a long lifespan despite the amount of pressure placed on them. One
set delivers a counterforce of 4.5 to 9.1 kg. The second set delivers a counterforce of 9.1 to 13.6 kg.
The counterforce of a resistance band increases as it stretches further. You can use both sets
simultaneously.
