What to expect

During your work-based learning internship (BBL), you will become a fully integrated member of our commercial service team. You will be in daily contact with customers and support a wide range of commercial and operational activities. This role offers a broad variety of responsibilities, ranging from answering customer enquiries to contributing ideas for sales initiatives and service improvements.

  • Advising customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Supporting the handling of enquiries, complaints, and returns
  • Preparing quotations for business customers
  • Contributing to tailored solutions for fitness spaces
  • Supporting sales initiatives and commercial campaigns
  • Thinking along about improving processes and customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with purchasing processes and inventory management
  • Identifying and sharing customer feedback within the team

Your role within the team

You will join an enthusiastic team where collaboration and learning are at the heart of everything we do. From day one, you will be involved in the daily operations and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of commercial processes.

Within your role, you will receive plenty of guidance while also being encouraged to take initiative and develop yourself. Together, we will align your responsibilities with your learning goals and interests, ensuring that your BBL internship provides a broad and valuable learning experience.

You are communicative, eager to learn, and ready to grow

  • You are currently pursuing a relevant MBO qualification
  • You are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills
  • You work accurately and in an organised manner
  • You actively contribute ideas and take initiative
  • You enjoy helping customers and providing excellent service
  • You are eager to learn and motivated to develop yourself
  • An affinity with sales or e-commerce is an advantage
