What to expect
During your internship, you will work closely with both our Service Department and Inside Sales team. You will be involved in daily customer interactions while also helping to improve the processes behind the scenes. You will assist customers through various channels and actively contribute ideas on how we can make our service smarter and more efficient.
- Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Support the handling of complaints and returns
- Identify and analyse recurring service issues
- Contribute ideas to improve service processes
- Support the Inside Sales team with day-to-day activities
- Identify sales opportunities and commercial potential
Your role within the team

You are customer-oriented, curious, and analytical
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial, business, or service-related field.
- You are customer-focused and have strong communication skills.
- You are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and proactive.
- You are able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
- You enjoy working with data and systems.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and are quick to spot opportunities.
- An affinity with e-commerce, retail, or sports is considered a plus.
