What to expect

As a Financial Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and well-organised financial records across multiple business entities. Working closely with your colleagues in the finance team, you ensure that every detail is handled with precision and care.

  • Preparing month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintaining and reviewing daily financial records and transactions
  • Managing and reconciling suspense and intermediary accounts
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies within the administration
  • Responding to internal and external financial enquiries and providing support where needed

Your Role Within the Team

Within the finance team, quality and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but you support one another whenever needed to achieve the best possible results together.

In your role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own financial administrations while actively contributing ideas for process improvements. At the same time, you will play an important part in further strengthening and professionalising our financial organisation.

You bring clarity to the numbers

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • A good command of both Dutch and English
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to maintain an overview, even in busy situations
  • Knowledge of Excel and VAT regulations is an advantage
